# Youmail Blocking

Youmail is a leading spam number database provider.  All DNL Class 4 Fusion is directly integrated with Youmail to update the Caller IDs that are flagged as spam or fraud. 

Youmail provides 3 different type of scores:

* Spam
* Fraud
* TCPA Violation

Here are the different levels of scoring provided by Youmail:

| ---------------------- | ------------- |
| DEFINITELY\_NOT        | -1.0          |
| ALMOST\_CERTAINLY\_NOT | -0.8          |
| PROBABLY\_NOT          | -0.6          |
| MAYBE\_NOT             | -0.4          |
| UNKNOWN                | 0.0           |
| MAYBE                  | 0.4           |
| PROBABLY               | 0.6           |
| ALMOST\_CERTAINLY      | 0.8           |
| DEFINITELY             | 1.0           |

## How to configure Youmail blocking

Within ingress trunk setting, you can open up Youmail blocking from the left menu:

In the youmail setting, you can specify the max score to bloked based on Spam score, Fraud score, or TCPA violation score.

For maximum protection, you can block based on Spam score.   All numbers in Youmail database has a spam score but small proportion has fraud score and much fewer ones have TCPA violation score.
